Exchanges & Returns
Our items are hand selected by us to ensure quality control. All sales are final. Our vintage items are in good, pre-loved condition and may show typical signs of wear and tear due to their age. We make a conscientious effort to identify any noticeable flaws. Please ensure that you love your item before purchasing by reading the descriptions carefully and feel free to message us with any questions.
In the unlikely event your items arrived damaged, please don't hesitate to reach out to us to assist you filing a claim with the appropriate postal carrier.
Shipping
All prices listed are for local pickup only and do not include shipping costs. Once you've selected your shipping method during checkout, we'll ship your order from Texas. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your item is on its way.
Local Pick-Ups
Locals please use the “PICKUP” Option at checkout and not the “SHIP” option if you are choosing to pickup. We will then send you a pickup notification once your order is ready and schedule a day and time to pick up your item.
